Some of my favorites

Last week I took Maddy in to get her picture taken at J.C. Penny's. Here are a few of my favorite pictures.

This picture of Maddy is by far my favroite. I got this pose as an 8x10 as well as the picture I will send to family and friends.
This picture is second runner up. The only problem with this picture was the rose blanket is a blanket made of many smaller blankets held together with velcro. Well right above her left side of her head the blankets seperated and you can see the velcro. The photographer nor i saw this until after we were done and pre-veiwing the pictures. Sad

I also gotthis pose in an 8x10. I had to have a picture of her in her blessing dress!

I love the butt shots with the bow around her. She just looks like a wonderful package sent form Heaven
My favorite picture framed on pink. I love the special touches the computer can do for you

These last two are just some favrite specail touch pictures they did for us, I didnt ourder any of then but I really liked them

I have the best 5 kids ever

I was blog hopping a friends blog today and found another blogger that I know so I checked out her blog. While reading her blog I was reminded of how much I do love my children. In her blog she talked about her kids and how how this song was her favorite primary song.
"Teacher, do you love me?"

And that every time she hears this song it makes her cry. I am the same way. Since the birth of Maddy and all life seems to be going really fast. Sometimes to fast and I let my emotions with my kids get out of hand. This morning would have been one of those "bad" mornings. It just seemed like no one was helping out and I was just getting angryer and angrer. (how ever you spell it) Any way I always feel bad after I have an out burst and am quick to say I am sorry and I know that I need to work on my own attitiude. I am so greatful that my kids are great and so forgiving. We got to church this morning after all the nashing of teeth and tears (mainly by Matthew) but ya know Matthew got out of the van and came up to me right away and said he was sorry as well and gave me a big hug.

Here are the words to the song
"Teacher, do you love me?"

(Child) Teacher*, do you love me?
Teacher*, will you care for me?
Even if I turn away, or disobey, or go astray.
Then will you love me still?
Teacher*, will you teach me?
Teacher*, help me choose the right.
When I do not understand the Lord’s command, please take my hand And lead me safely with his light.
(First time child only.)I need your love, I need your light To show me how to be like Jesus. The Savior’s love will light the path To lead me safely home.

(Teacher) Oh yes, my child, I love you.
My child, I’ll always care for you.
And with the Savior as our guide,
I’ll share the light I feel inside,
And you will feel his love for you.
Oh, yes, my child, I’ll teach you.
My child, I’ll help you choose the right.
And when you do not understandThe Lord’s command, I’ll take your hand,
And he will lead us with his light.

(Second time duet.)I need your love, I need your lightTo show me how to be like Jesus. The Savior’s love will light the pathTo lead us safely home.

All in all I am their teacher and I do love my children very much. There is not a night prayer that goes by that I don't thank my Heavenly Father for each and everyone of my children.

Coles boo boo

Ok so this is what happened to Cole. Last Friday Cole was out side playing with friends and siblings. Kaycee and Christian were in Christens Escalade (toy power car). Any way Coel was holding on to the back and Kaycee hit the gas. Well, Cole hung on and met the road pretty hard. Poor kid. Luckly I have just bought our Christmas outfits for family pictures and havent actually made an appointment. :)

He was sad and tired. He wouldn't take a nap that day. Being tired always makes thing worse it seems.
These are just 2 quite pictures of Maddy. I found this shirt at Old Navy the day befor and HAD to buy it. If you can't tell there is an elastic about 1 inch from the bottom of the shirt. It makes itlook so cute and grown up. I love it. :)

Our Saturday

Saturday first started out with Matthew having a soccer game in the morning. He really likes soccer and is a pretty good little player. Matthew is #9This is Matthew with his best friend Daniel. Matthew and Danny have been friends since kindergarten and are on the same soccer team this year. Im really glad my boys have the oppertunity to play sports. Now we just need to get Kaycee in to dance or somethingSince this is the last Saturday we would have with grandma (my mom) her and I decided it would be a good idea to do something fun with the kids. SO after the soccer game we came home and had lunch then headed to the Downtown Aquariom. After that on the way home we stoped at Chillis fpr dinner. I love Chillis but my kids LOVE that place as well. Makes for a good yummy dinner that I know all will eat. It was a very fun and long dayCheck out this octopus. He had the prettiest red color to himCole looks a bit scared of the white lion here......But he wasn't. HE was ether making an lion face or grawling at it the whole time. FunnyMaddy wanted to see what all the noise was about. I dont think this will effect her later on. Do you? :)The kids with my mom waiting to get on the trian to go see the shark exibetLook at this swordfish that swam over head. Cole did great on the train ride untill we went into this building and the sharks were swimminf over head. I think this shark was called a spotted tiger shark. I could be wrong but isn't it sure pretty?I think the ride of the night was "the Light house dive" I know it was the favorite ride of the kids andI really think my mom liked it as well.

Here Maddy and I are on the ferris wheel. We went on the feeris wheel at about 4pm. When we left at around 6pm I thought to my self "we should ride the ferris wheel again and see the city lights. But ya, you geussed it, we didnt go on the ride. Cole was complaining that he was hungry and everyone else said they were hungry as well so we just left and went to dinner. Bummer
By the way, I really need to do something about my hair and make-up. I am really looking blah!

Cole on the ferris wheel. He wasnt to sure of it at first. Cnat blame the poor kids. It gets up there pretty high. But he got over it

New posts

Well I just posted a bunch of new posts. So feel free to take a look.

A little bit of Maddy

Just a few of my favorite pictures lately.

Cole talking to Maddy......And Maddy talking back to Cole. :) To cuteHere I was trying my hand at photography. It's not to bad, but I think I will leave the "posed" shots up to the experts.
Here is Maddy in the dress my mom and dad gave her when she wa born. I love the dress and think Maddy looks like a little doll in it. This was what Maddy wore to her first real church outing. To cute.

James' suprises birthday party

James turned 9 years old on October 12th. With the birth of Maddy 3 days later a birthday party was put on the back burner. This past Sunday Nov. 2nd James asked if he was going to have a party. I told him that it was 3 weeks past his birthday and that it was probibly to late for a party now. He looked at me all sad and said, "Ok. Well, now I know how Uncle Eric feels." Eric is my oldest brother. The day before his 16th birthday our youngest sister was born. So Eric spent his 16th birthday at the hospital with my mom and our new little sister. When James said this to me what could I do. So I jumed on the horn and came up with a great suprise party for him. It was great and he was really suprised. We played ring toss, hit a pinata (the pinata broke after 3 hits. no joke) and we also ate pizza and cake. This picture is of James playing ring toss. Thanks for the game Grandma Great Pulley.
So close, But not close enough. James was so happy all night long. It was good to see him so happy. Some of his freinds and James eating the cake. What a great night.

Happy Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year. This year was a pick your costum out of the Halloween box the night before Halloween. I think we did pretty good for last minute picking. Matthew Draculla, James was a Karatee master, Cole was a baseball player, KAycee was a frog and Maddy was a black cat. I think we did ok, what do you think??? Trunk R treatin at the churck. We went to the church at about 6pm for trunk r treating. We were there for a good hour or so. I took the kids from car to car while Ben stayed at our car and handed out the candy. Halloween night was perfect. No coats needed. :)
These are the sister missionaries that serve in our ward. They are great. For Halloween they dressed up as " The three blind mice." It was great.

James and his friends crazy glasses. What a nut!

Cole Keep telling my mom and I that his bucket was to heavy. It was really cute. Cole was a trooper the whole night. He was so cute going up to everyone saying trick or treat and then saying thatnk you after they gave him the candy. Some times he liked to just help himself to the candy bucket if he wasn't getting the candy fast enough form the giver.

Maddys first Halloween. Her outfit was the only one I bought this year. It was just to cute to pass up! And she made it even cuter.

Dewberry farms

Kaycee's first field trip of her kindergarten year was to Dewberry farms on October 31st 2008. We had so much fun together. My mom stayed home and took care of Maddy and Cole so I could go with her. Thanks mom.
