The past couple of months I have been on a craft frenzy. I have made 8 bags, 4 burp clothes, 1 hooded towel, 1 receiving blanket, and 4 pillowcases. o and my sewing machine broke. Lovely. Any way here are the latest of my project.
My baby sister just had her first baby about a month ago so I got busy making her things for the baby.
Here we have 4 burp clothes

Whitney's diaper bag.

Her quick go bag. Perfect for the wipe case a a diaper.

And of course through all this I need to make me a new bag. :) This one is smaller then the normal bag but bigger then the smallest bag. Its perfect for my keys, wallet and camera.

I have a great friend out here that does great photography. I had her come over the other night to take our family picture and she also took some of the kids. What a great job she did. This is my favorite picture of my family. I love it.

Parking tickets

Ben has told the kids time and time again not to park their bike/trikes behind the cars. He says that if the bikes get left behind the cars it is a $5 fine. Well the first day of summer this year guess what the kids did? Yep they left there bikes behind the van.
This is the front view of the bikes in question

Here is the back view of the bikes in question. James bike and Cole's Trike

And here is the tickets and what they say.
Ticket:
$5.00 fine
If you are the owner of this bike/trike please bring this ticket in person to dad. A court date will be scheduled.

It ended up that being the first fine and it being their friends that left the bikes there James and Cole only had to pull the weeds out front for payment. :)

Kaycees family birthday party

Since we don't have family down here in Texas we have a family party with our good neighbors the Hazels and the Blacks. It is always noisy and very fun.
Here is Kaycee opening her gifts form her brothers and sister. Its a Hannah Montana secret pillow. She LOVES it.

This gist is from Uncle Mike and Aunt Erin. A littlest pet shop you can decorate

This is from Grandma and Grandpa Woffinden. Kaycee, Dad and Cole like to play Dr. So mom and dad got Kaycee a Dr. set and Grandma and Grandpa sent her the scrubs. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa. :)

Dr. Sally. (Thats her play name. :)

Opening up the gift from the Black family. It was fuzzy posters and fuzzy stickers

The gift from Mr. Gary, Mrs. Sharon and Even. 2 sets of Polly pockets with accessories

Kaycees cake. Not exactly how I would have done it but it was fun having Dora over and letting the kids help make it. Kaycee wanted a water cake. So we made the bottom of the ocean

The jelly fish.

Kaycee birthday party

Kaycee turned 6 this year on June 9th. For her friends birthday party we went to the aquatic center park to play and get in the water. They have a splash pad there. I think all the kids had fun
This is Kaycee with her friends. Most all of the kids she invited this year were from her kindergarten class at school

This is Bethany, Kaycee's very best friend.

Kaycee with her friend Megan.

Kaycee with her friend Kaitlyn.

Kaycee with her friends Kristen and Kennedy (sisters) Of course I would have to say this was one of her favorite gifts. A TON of Littlest Pet Shops. :)

Advancments

Wow, I cant believe how fast this past school year has gone. It seems just like yesterday I was waking up early to get the kids off to there first day of school. All three have really grown in so many ways this part year. Kaycee started school for the first time ever and did great. Matthew went in reading great and came out even better. And at the end of last year James was diagnosed with dyslexia. It didn't seem to stop him. He made the A/B honor roll. I'm so proud of my kids and the things they accomplished.

Here is Kaycee going up to get her certificates.
