Chicken Tortilla soup

This is the best ever chicken tortilla soup ever. Even my kids were going in for seconds. YUMMY!!!

1 pkg boneless, skinless chicken breast cut up into bite size pieces
seasoning (I use Tony Chachere's or KPauls)
diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 zucchini, chunked
juice from 1/2 lime
fresh cilantro
1 can roasted tomatoes (can use can Rotel, or just plain diced tomatoes)
sm bag frozen corn (or canned corn)
large box of chicken stock

Brown chicken with seasoning, add onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add can of tomatoes and lime juice, scrape bottom of pot to get all seasoning mixed in. Add zucchini and corn. Add chicken stock. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add fresh cilantro.

To serve:Place crushed tortilla chips in bowl, top with soup. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado. Delicious!!

If your kids ask for seconds you KNOW it's good! ;)
