Ok people you need to all go take a look at this blog. It is my friend Berties blog and she has started up a fitness blog. I was actually thinking of you Michelle as I read these posts with you and your biggest looser compitition. Which by the way I still need info on. :) Any way check it out. SHe looks great and is a true motivator for me. We are about the same weight (give or take a few pounds :) but Berties body looks amazing. Any way check it out. Heres the site url
