Houston Zoo

The other weekend the weather was perfect so I took the kids to the zoo. Everyone else had the same idea and the place was packed but it was still fun. :)
Here's Maddy showing us the ground hogs. She really like them A hissing cockroach. I even touched it. Kind of a cool feel to it. :)

The flamingos. They were really funny this day. One was very aggressive and wasn't being very nice.

What the heck is this??? This is a Double-Wattled Cassowary. The thing is HUGE!!!
