North Pole Musical

James' 5th grade class put on a great play this past December. It was called "North Pole Musical" I loved it. Around here especially at school you cant say Merry Christmas or such. Even the Christmas break is called "Winter Break" For the "Winter" party's we try to only have snow men for the plates, napkins etc No Santa or Christmas tree. Ughhh His music teacher did such a great job on the play. James was an elf.Santa and his 3 of his elf's

Meet the Seamons

Meet the Seamons family, the coolest family ever. Chris the dad, Ines the mom,Vanessa the oldest daughter, Dexter the only boy and Bianca the middle child. :) Love you Bianca. Any way Ines and my mom are like sole sisters. Its like they have known each other since birth. The only thing is Ines was born and raises in Germany and my mom was born and raised in American for Utah, USA. O ya and they are like 10 years apart in age and have only known each other for like 5 years. All that said they are great friends and inseparable. This summer I got to know them ALL a lot better. What an amazing family. I am so glad my parents have friends like then Seamons.
The Seamoms being the Seamons. Love these guys. The other man in this picture is Opa. Ines dad. He came to visit from Germany this summer.
My kids LOVE this family. This is Vanessa playing with Maddy and Cole. Vanessa was Maddy's bestest buddy this summer. :)

Grandma Woff turns 90

This is my dads mom. My Grandma Woffinden. On Aug 14th 2010 she turned 90. We went to Utah this summer and extended our stay for her big party. I am so glad we did. I love my Grandma. Some of her hand made things. My Grandma is a very talented sewer. This is a quilt she made my dad out of his old ties.
Some things she has made my mom. This is suck a small portion of what she has made all of us. You would be amazed to see all she has done. My house has so many things made by my Grandma and I treasure every single thing.
Grandma answering questions we had for her. Like, what kind of games did you and your siblings play as kids. Or how old were you when you meet Grandpa.
My sister Whitney being her goofy self. I was trying to get a picture of the guests and she decided to jump in front of the camera. Hahaha
Two of my most favorite Great Aunts EVER!!! Aunt Marleen and Aunt Bea. My Grandmas sister in laws
My kids with Grandma. The grand kids call her "Grandma with the white hair" My niece Sidney started that about 14 years ago and it has stuck. I think my Grandma likes it. :)
Me, my sister Erin, my brother Eric, my sister Whitney and Grandma.
Grandma with her kids. Uncle Greg, Grandma, Aunt DeAnn and my dad, John
Grandma sitting in front of some of the things she has mad. HAPPY 90th BIRTHDAY Grandma. We love you.

Apricots

This summer while in Utah I went over to my moms neighbors Apricot tree and picked some apricots. This tree use to belong to my best friend Emily's parents. They have since moved. I don't ever remember this tree EVER being this fruit full. :)
If I remember right I ended up with 8 grocery bags full of apricots and it didn't even look like I touched the tree.
Cooking the apricots for Jam and nectar. Yum
Most of the jars all done and ready to take home. I think there were another 2 dozen that I had already packed away. :)
We have Jam and Nectar coming out our ears. :) I can't wait until next years apricot season. :)
