We actually put up the tree at the beginning of December this year. With the warm Texas weather sometimes its hard for me to get into the Christmas spirit so some years it takes a while to get the tree and all the decorations out and up. Here we are setting the tree up

Very pretty! Looks like fun.
So fun! So cute! Everyone is looking older (except you, of course). Maddy's hair is so pretty and long.
